Enviro-Master Services of Jacksonville is expanding and seeking motivated technicians to join our team. Open Positions – 5 Key Service Areas

1. Power Washing Technician (Indoor & Outdoor)

Clean and sanitize various surfaces, including sidewalks, dumpster pads, building entrances, parking garages, and restrooms using high-pressure washing equipment.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle capable of towing a 2,500 lb trailer.

• Ability to work early mornings and adhere to all safety procedures.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

2. Floor Care Technician

Maintain and restore the appearance of various commercial flooring types, including tile, grout, concrete, and carpets, using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors.

• Perform floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, sealing, polishing, and buffing.

• Ensure all floor surfaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Experience:

• Prior floor care experience, particularly stripping and waxing, is preferred but not required. We offer on-the-job training to all new hires.

3. Janitorial Technician

Provide general cleaning and maintenance services to ensure a clean, orderly, and hygienic environment in a variety of commercial settings.

Duties:

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas.

• Replenish restroom supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

• Empty trash and recycling bins.

• Dust and wipe down surfaces.

• Vacuum and mop floors.

• Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

4. Restroom Hygiene Technician

Specialize in deep cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other high-touch areas in commercial businesses, helping to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.

Tasks:

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect all restroom surfaces, fixtures, and equipment, including toilets, sinks, urinals, counters, and floors.

• Replenish restroom supplies, such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitary disposal products.

• Maintain sanitary conditions in restrooms by promptly addressing any spills or messes.

• Monitor and maintain restroom hygiene equipment, such as hand dryers and automatic flushers.

• Represent the company professionally at client locations, ensuring a positive and courteous experience.

5. Window Cleaning Technician

• Clean interior and exterior windows for commercial properties, ensuring clear visibility and a professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional window cleaning experience is required.

• Ability to work at heights and comfortably use ladders, scaffolding, or lift equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols.

Requirements for All Positions

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• Reliable vehicle with current insurance (truck/SUV preferred for some services).

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

• Comfortable using a smartphone app for work-related tasks, such as clocking in and out, receiving schedules, and communicating with the team.

• English proficiency is required; bilingual applicants are a plus.

Schedule

• Primarily Monday–Friday, with shifts available in the early mornings and some mid-days.
